Well it's Halloween and Higurashi No Naku Koro Ni seems like to perfect anime for today.

Rena Ryuugu is a cute, garbage collecting resident of the quaint village Hinamizawa, who like most people in this anime occassionally brutally murders her friends.

Poison Ivy from the Batman comics became a plant-human hybrid following a science experiment.
In the game Batman: Arkham Aslyum she is released from her cell by Harley Quinn and informs Batman of the anti-venom's location.

Dr Harleen Quinzel was a psychiatrist working at Arkham Asylum when she fell in love with the Joker. She became the Joker's sidekick named Harley Quinn
