~Cheza~ - Chi from Chobits

Chi (Chii) is a female persocom found by Hideki in a pile of trash. He takes her home and names her Chi, the only word she's able to say.


However Chi is a chobit, a more advanced persocom rumoured to have the ability of genuine emotions.

She was created by Ichiro Mihara as a daughter, since his wife was unable to have children.

She also appears in Tsubasa: Resevoir Chronicle.

Cute cosplay by ~Cheza~. Her expression is very innocent - just like Chi's. I love the persocom ears, they are the best I've seen.

Sorano Suzu - Kirakishou from Rozen Maiden

Kirakishou is the seventh Rozen Maiden, a living doll.
Shinku describes her as:

"Her left eye can see everything, but reflects nothing, while her right eye is an empty hole, with a white rose growing out of it."

Initially she lacks a physical body and must absorb another doll to enter the real world.

In the manga her weapon is the ability to control white rose vine to restrain and lash out at her opponents.

She is driven close to insanity by lack of physical existence and is extremely jealous of her sisters.

Koyuki - Moka Akashiya from Rosario + Vampire

Moka Akashiya is a cute and cheerful member of the newspaper club at Yokai Academy, but when the rosary around her neck is removed her true nature is revealed - that of a powerful vampire. While 'outer' Moka has pink hair, 'inner' Moka has silver hair and red eyes. Inner Moka's personality is much colder, although throughout the series she develops a genuine attachment to Outer Moka's friends. Her good lucks make her popular with the male population at school.

Kanda Midori - Busujima Saeko from High School of the Dead

Busujima Saeko from Highschool of the Dead (a manga and anime about a group of highschool students fight to survive a zombie outbreak) is the kendo club's president and extremely skilled in combat, her skills are frequently made necessary for the group to survive. She is kind and caring, but shows her colder sadistic side when fighting 'them' which initially scares her.

Kanda Midori is a Japanese cosplayer, her cosplays are gorgeous and she's so pretty!

Zombies dancing to Lucky Star opening

They're a bunch of guys who enjoy dressing up as Zombies and dancing to anime songs, they're also pretty awesome dancers!!

The dance is the opening to the Lucky☆Star anime, one of the cutest openings and most random animes ever.

Unknown - Jiraiya from Naruto

   

Jiraiya the Toad Sage is one of the 3 legendary sannin, and author of the popular adult book series - icha icha. He trains Naruto and teaches him the frog summoning technique. Being one of the sannin Jiraiya is a high level ninja, but his self-confessed weakness is women.

I had told myself I wouldn't post another Naurto cosplay for a while, but this one is too awesome. Cosplayer is unknown.

Katy - Nyu/Lucy from Elfen Lied

 

After previously featuring a nyu/lucy cosplay I found another I love.

Katy - the blood effects are really cool but kinda creepy since it looks quite realistic. The wig is also looks pretty and soft.

AmyLeeJim - Deidara from Naruto

Deidara is a member of the Akatsuki who considers his explosive ninjutsu techniques to be art.

AmyLeeJim I love the use of contacts in cosplay, the blue contacts give a sort of anime/manga effect. And the mouths on the hands are pretty cool, often they're photoshopped in, but here the look like they've been drawn in.

Akamaru is Kiba's ninja dog companion and childhood friend. After the Pakkun post I wanted to find an Akamaru cosplay, and found this photo here. This child is just so adorable I had to post it.

SALT - Lucy/Nyu from Elfen Lied

 

Elfen Lied is a rather bloody anime and manga about Lucy a "diclonius" meaning she has invisible arms called vectors, who's hatred for mankind leads her to seek vengence. Whilst escaping from the lab where she was held captive she is injured a split personality - the childlike and innocent Nyu is born.

SALT portrays both Nyu's sweetness and Lucy's cold stare. The diclonius horns are my favourite as they avoid looking like dodgey cat ears. It's a really cute cosplay.
